Member Discount Code = MEMBER + the number of tickets needed.
Example: if you need one ticket, your discount code is MEMBER1. If you need four tickets, your discount code is MEMBER4

You’ll need to go through the regular box-office just like when you purchase a Membership or extra tickets for the show. We’re providing you with a Member Discount Code that will allow you to get your Membership tickets for free! The great thing about doing it this way is you can purchase extra tickets, extra items, and even book tickets for multiple days!! All in the same place!!
Instructions:
Go to the box office and select the show for which you’re reserving tickets. Start by Selecting the type of Ticket (Member). Then select the time and the number of tickets you need. Then click ADD TO CART. There are a few questions to answer and a Covid-19 disclosure. Then click ADD TO CART.
You’ll see a CART appear in the top right-hand corner if you’re on a computer. On a tablet, it will be at the bottom of your screen.
Add any other items you may need, such as tickets for another date or a donation to the Scholarship Fund, then click on CART to begin check-out.
On the right-hand side, you’ll see a place for a Discount Code. This is where you enter your Member Code, which is MEMBER + the number of tickets needed. For example, to use five membership tickets, you’d type MEMBER5. Then you simply complete the rest of the form. Once your order is completed and submitted, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

We’ll have volunteers at the box office during the week of performances from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM to answer questions and help with your online order if you are having trouble. You are welcome to leave a message anytime. We will get back to you within 48 hours on weekdays. Email is the fastest way to communicate with our volunteers.
We estimate that about 95% of our Members now make their reservations through our Online Reservation! It’s quick and easy.
If you would rather call in to reserve tickets for our next mainstage production, our Volunteer Box Office opens on sepecific dates to be announced closer to the event from 5:30PM - 7:00PM for Members Night and this is the first day you can call in or stop by to purchase tickets. Any phone calls before that time regarding purchasing will be directed to the online Box-Office (yorkshireplayhouse.com/box-office). We open our Volunteer Box Office to the Public On specific nights before a production from 5:30PM-7:00PM. Please, remember we are all Volunteers who strive to do our best, and we will get back to you regarding questions as soon as possible, but the phones will only be manned in the indicated hours.
