LARRY DEAL

is a financial advisor, has worked in church ministry for thirty years,  and has previously served on the Yorkshire Playhouse Foundation Board and assists the YP treasurer with bookkeeping. Not only is he an advisor, but he is also a dad, husband, and grandfather who enjoys working on the sets, walking, soccer, and seeing his grandchildren. Larry would best like to serve by performing offstage activities necessary for the Playhouse and its artists to be successful, specifically with fundraising and sponsor relations in mind.

ASHLEE JIMMERSON

is a worker at Walmart and has recently been involved with the musical aspect of the Yorkshire Playhouse. She has been in and out of Nebraska for the past six years for music at York University, but is originally from Texas. Ashlee’s passion is writing and conducting music, and she enjoys reading books and playing video games. Seeing the YP succeed and being involved in productions, volunteer relations, and events is how Ashlee would like to serve.

DAWN REIMERS

is a part-time Ministry Assistant at the Stromsburg Evangelical Covenant Church and is a substitute para for Centennial. She has a husband and two children- a fifth grader and a freshman in college- and enjoys reading, learning, being outdoors, growing in her faith, and the performing arts. As she has had previous experience with assistant directing at Little Red Hen Theatre and supporting community theatres, she hopes to use her theatre experience here on the board. Dawn believes communities are enriched by the arts, and that theatre is not just defined as entertainment: it is different perspectives, understanding each other, and gaining confidence. With this perspective in mind, Dawn wishes to apply it in networking, productions, and volunteer relations at the Playhouse.

IAN WALLGREN

works at McLean Beef, has been on the YP Board of Members, and was previously a volunteer at Wisconsin Christian Youth Camp. Him and his two sisters, dad, and nieces and nephews are from Upper-Michigan. Climbing trees and rocks, playing videogames, and spending time with close friends is what he likes to do in his spare time. The best way to encourage and enjoy theatre is by involvement in shows, and Ian personally wants to show this by working in networking and productions at the YP.
