Queen Zixi of Ix is adapted from L. Frank Baum’s (the creator of The Wizard of OZ) original children’s book. In this fanciful and charming a magic wishing cloak is spun and the fairies decide to give it to the first unhappy mortal--man, woman, or child–-their emissary chances to meet.
