2018 Annual Member Meeting

May 8th, 2018

This year's Annual Member Meeting is May 8th, 2018 at the Yorkshire Playhouse at 6:30PM. This meeting is open to the public, and all members are encouraged to attend. A few items on the agenda will be the vote for the election of new Board Members, the final report on the Capitol Campaign and discussion of how to best use the remaining funds, an introduction to the YP One-Act Playwright Competition, an update on Playhouse business, and the end of fiscal year report.

There are four open positions on the Board of Directors this year.  Any Yorkshire Playhouse Member is eligible to serve on the Board, provided that they are nominated by another Member and submit application to the Playhouse by April 23rd, so that their name and bio information can be provided to Members of the Yorkshire Playhouse, along with a ballot, for early voting. 

Four individuals have been nominated for this year's Board Election. They are: Judy Andrews, Dan Bauer, David Hying, and Cheryl Ratliff. Click here to view their bios.

This year, we are introducing online early voting! Just click the button below to view bios of our nominees and vote for your choice. Must be a Member to vote. 

Members can also request to be mailed a ballot for early voting that must be returned on or before the May 8th Meeting by email to yorktheater@gmail.com.  Or Members, have a chance to submit their ballots during the box-office hours for the spring comedy, "Vanya & Sonia & Masha & Spike" or at the Annual Member Meeting on May 8th.
