“The Invitation” debuts on the Yorkshire Playhouse Stage!
Ben Salazar is thrilled to make his playwriting debut! He studied Theatre Arts at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. Ben has done a wide variety of shows across the world, from North Dakota all the way to Edinburgh, Scotland. Some of his favorite productions that he’s been in are The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Macbeth, The Addams Family and The Lightning Thief. When not on the stage, Ben enjoys writing and spending time with his two cats. He’d like to thank his family, friends, cats and everyone who has supported his artistic endeavors!

After receiving invitations to a dinner party celebrating the birthday of the host, a group of strangers are suddenly thrown into solving a murder mystery game. But when the game becomes a bit too real, will this group be able to solve the actual murder?
The YP requests your attendance to the debut of “The Invitation”. This comedy thriller is sure to be just for you! Strangers try to solve a murder mystery game, but it goes wrong and a murder actually happens. What will they do? Can they only solve games, or actual murders as well?
